The AWJ Web site has a new look. Please bookmark this site and check back often for updates on AWJ programming, industry news, information about our members and the latest topics posted on the new AWJ discussion board.
AWJ members are encouraged to submit column-like material to be featured on the Web site. Possible topics include issues related to journalism, womens issues, family matters and current events on the national, state or local level.
AWJ also is looking for news about its members to be featured on the Web site. Possibilities include awards and recognition, new jobs, promotions, projects, birthdays, marriages, births, anniversaries, retirements, deaths, travel and speaking engagements. Please submit your news to news@awjspringfield.org.
The AWJ Web site now features a discussion board for area journalists. Feel free to weigh on in a posted topic or start fresh topics. Topics generally will center on AWJ, the journalism profession, womens and family issues and current events.
Become a member of AWJ. E-mail your name, title, place of employment (or indicate freelancer), phone number and e-mail address to membership@awjspringfield.org. No dues will be collected for 2005.
